The first two allow the player to take command of Pvt. The second part takes place in Europe after D-Day with four missions divided by two different experiences. There are four other missions, two on Betio Island and two on Saipan Island. This level allows the player to learn the game controls and then fast forward to the Guadalcanal (as if the training mission was a flashback) where the player must survive with their company. The first takes place at the start of the war in the South Pacific as the player takes control of Pvt. The story is divided into four campaigns. Graphics engine aside, the violence is toned down, resembling its predecessor, and features different scenarios, locations, and missions than other versions. Xbox360 sticks are good for aiming stuff, where DualShock aiming can be a real pain (unless you are newschool/grown up with PS/dual shock style).This version of Call of Duty: World at War is very different from its counterparts. This version has a total of 13 missions, with no online multiplayer, and no Nazi Zombies game mode. fighting in the Pacific theater and the Battle of the Bulge in Europe, as well as the British advancing on the Rhine River into Germany. Despite sharing virtually the same title and cover as the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii versions, the PS2 version is almost completely different with its own set of missions involving the U.S. Call of Duty: World at War: Final Fronts is the PlayStation 2 version of Call of Duty: World at War.
